Research on microstructure and defect control of laser additive manufacturing of 316L stainless steel
實習內容:
激光定向能沉積(DED)技術在制造大尺寸形狀復雜不銹鋼構件上具有較好的應用前景。但是DED過程中復雜熱循環容易引起不銹鋼組織不均勻,導致力學性能各向異性和耐蝕性能惡化。本項目將開展DED增材制造316L的工藝研究,分析成型參數、熱處理工藝對材料微觀組織演變和力學性能的影響,為復雜316L構件制造和修復提供工藝參考。
Laser directed energy deposition (DED) technology has a good application prospect in the manufacture of large-size and complex shaped stainless steel components. However, the complex thermal cycle in the DED process can easily cause uneven structure of stainless steel, resulting in the deterioration of mechanical properties anisotropy and corrosion resistance. This project will carry out the process research of DED additive manufacturing 316L, analyze the influence of molding parameters and heat treatment process on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of materials, and provide process reference for the manufacturing and repair of complex 316L components.
