基于位錯動力學的高熵合金輻射誘導脆化研究

Research on irradiation embrittlement effect of high entropy alloy based on dislocation dynamics

 

實習內容:

高熵合金因其良好的力學性能,耐腐蝕性能和抗輻照性能,被認為是未來有前景的核結構材料。在輻照條件下,高熵合金會產生硬化和脆化,基于位錯動力學闡明高熵合金輻照誘導脆化機制,對于未來評估高熵合金服役行為,預測期壽命和制備抗輻照性能的高熵合金具有重要意義。因此,本實習主要通過位錯動力學計算闡明各種類型輻照損傷缺陷的尺寸、密度與位錯的相互作用,及其對脆化行為的影響。

High-entropy alloys (HEAs) are considered as promising nuclear structural materials in the future because of its good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and radiation resistance. The mechanism of irradiation-induced embrittlement based on dislocation dynamics is of great significance for evaluating the service behavior of HEAs, predicting their lifetime and preparing high-entropy alloys with anti-radiation properties. Therefore, the interaction between radiation damaged defects and the dislocation and their effects on the embrittlement behavior will be elucidated through the calculation of dislocation dynamics in this practice.
