Call for Participation: An International Forum on Nuclear Energy and Nuclear Technology 

論壇介紹 Forum Introduction

      中山大學國際青年學者論壇旨在為全球優秀青年學者搭建一個聚焦學術熱點、探索學術前沿和探討合作發展的交流平臺，同時也為有志于加盟中山大學的學者提供一個深入了解中山大學的機會。自2015年以來，論壇已成功舉辦十四屆，吸引了全球20多個國家和地區的12000多名學者參加。為了更好地核能、核技術領域以及交叉學科的學術交流，服務粵港澳大灣區建設，吸引更多優秀青年學者加入學院，中山大學中法核工程與技術學院定于2025年12月27日在廣東珠海舉辦中山大學第十六屆國際青年學者論壇中法核工程與技術學院分論壇，熱烈歡迎相關專業學者踴躍報名參加。

      To promote in-depth academic exchanges and interdisciplinary innovation in the fields of nuclear energy and nuclear technology, and to gather outstanding academic talents worldwide for talent recruitment and career development cooperation, the Sino-French Institute of Nuclear Engineering and Technology (IFCEN) of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU) is scheduled to host the Nuclear Energy and Nuclear Technology Forum in Zhuhai,South China's Guangdong Province on December 27, 2025. We sincerely invite outstanding scholars worldwide engaged in relevant research fields to participate online or in person.

論壇安排 Events

學院簡介 About IFCEN

       2009年在中法兩國時任總理的見證下，中山大學與法國格勒諾布爾國立綜合理工學院、法國原子能與可替代能源委員會—國立核科學與技術學院、法國大西洋國立高等礦業電信學院、法國國立蒙彼利埃高等化學學院、法國國立巴黎高等化學學院五所高校在北京人民大會堂簽署成立中山大學中法核工程與技術學院的合作協議。中法核學院構建中法融合人才培養體系，兩次通過法國工程師職銜委員會（CTI）認證，獲歐洲工程教育（EUR-ACE）認證。聚焦我國能源安全戰略和核安全戰略目標，已建成了核科學與技術學術博士學位點、能源與動力工程博士學位點，以及核科學與技術相關的5個二級學科方向。

      As a college of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU)—a top-tier university in southern China—the Institut franco-chinois de l'énergie nucléaire (IFCEN), established in December 2009 by SYSU and five renowned French institutions (Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble, Le Commissariat à l’énergie atomique－Institut national des sciences et techniques nucléaires,  IMT Atlantique Bretagne - Pays de la Loire, L’Ecole nationale supérieure de chimie de Montpellier, école nationale supérieure de chimie de Paris)  under the witness of the prime ministers of both China and France to meet China's critical demand for high-caliber nuclear talent,has served as a core driver in advancing nuclear science and technology with a focus on specialized talent cultivation and impactful research; over 15 years, it has achieved academic excellence with strong industry ties, developed a Sino-French integrated talent development system, passed France's CTI accreditation twice and obtained EUR-ACE certification.

招聘崗位和領域 Recruitment Positions

一、教研崗教師（教授/副教授）、博士后，學科領域包括：

• 核能科學與工程（包括裂變與聚變）
• 核燃料循環與材料（含核能材料研制、輻照力學腐蝕評價、多尺度模擬、核材料及核化學與放射化學）
• 核技術及應用（含核醫學與放射生物學、加速器、核探測與探測器材料、等離子體）
• 輻射防護與環境保護（含核安全、嚴重事故、放廢處理處置、放射性環境影響）
• 核數據與中微子實驗、核理論
• 其他核相關研究領域

二、教學型教師（教授/副教授/講師），學科領域包括：數學、法語。

(1)Associate/Full Professor & Postdocsin the following fields: 

• Nuclear Energy Science and Engineering (including fission and fusion)
• Nuclear Fuel Cycle and Nuclear Materials(fabrication of advanced nuclear materials, evaluation of irradiation, mechanical and corrosion properties, multiscale simulation, nuclear chemistry & radiochemistry)
• Nuclear Technology and Applications (including nuclear medicine and radiobiology, accelerator, nuclear detection & detector materials, plasma)
• Radiation Protection and Environment Protection(nuclear safety, severe accidents, nuclear waste disposal, radioactive environmental impact)
• Nuclear data and neutrino experiments, nuclear theory.

(2)Teaching-oriented faculty (Lecturer/ Associate/ Full Professor) in the following fields: 

• English language/ French language
• Mathematics

崗位具體要求

一、教研崗教師

長聘教授（教授二級/三級崗位）：具有高深的學術造詣，在人才培養或學術研究方面取得國內外公認的標志性重大成就和貢獻；在國內外具有重要影響力和學術地位具有帶領本學科趕超或引領國際先進水平的能力；具有突出的團隊領導和組織協調能力。年齡原則上不超過50周歲。

長聘副教授（教授三級/四級崗位）：具有較高的學術造詣，在人才培養或學術研究方面取得國內外廣泛認可的創新性成就和貢獻；在國內外具有較強影響力和學術地位，具有保持本學科國內外先進水平的能力；成為本學科領域獨立學術帶頭人。年齡原則上不超過45周歲。

預聘副教授（副教授一級/二級崗位）：具有較強的科學研究和技術創新能力，在人才培養或學術研究方面取得高水平成果；在國內外具有一定的專業影響力;具有成為本學科領域學術帶頭人或優秀學者的發展潛力。年齡原則上不超過40周歲。

預聘助理教授（副教授二級/三級崗位）：具有廣闊的學術視野、活躍的創新思維和扎實的研究基礎;取得較高水平的專業成果；學術發展潛力較大。年齡原則上不超過35周歲。

二、教學型教師

教學型教授：應熱愛教學,具有豐富的教學工作經驗,獲得教學型副教授職務滿5年，或教學型副教授與教學研究并重崗副教授職務合計滿5年，教育教學效果好，在教育教學改革、精品課程和精品教材建設、教學團隊建設和青年教師培養等方面取得突出業績。年齡一般不超過50周歲。

教學型副教授：應熱愛教學，具有較豐富的教學經驗，獲得講師職務滿2年，或講師與助理教授職務合計滿2年，能較好地承擔重要基礎課或公共課的教學，完成要求的教學工作量。在教育教學改革和研究方面有較好的成果。年齡一般不超過40周歲。

講師：應具有良好的教育背景，熱愛教學，有較好的教學能力，能夠承擔重要基礎課或公共課的教學。年齡一般不超過35周歲。

三、博士后

科研博士后：獲得博士學位不超過3年，了解國內外高等教育情況，具備國際化的學術視野，具備較高的學術水平和較強的科研能力的國內外優秀博士，年齡一般不超過35周歲。

逸仙博士后：滿足科研博士后的申請條件，有世界一流大學博士經歷，或博士學位所屬學科為業內公認的世界一流學科。學校為“逸仙博士后”提供有競爭力的薪酬待遇。
