個人簡介 高潤龍,男,漢族,1993年生,黑龍江省望奎人,工學博士,中山大學“百人計劃”助理教授、碩士生導師。主要研究方向是微型核電池和核輻射探測技術,對基于碳化硅、氮化鎵、金剛石等新型寬禁帶半導體材料的微型核電池及核輻射探測器有著較為深入的理解,特別是在高性能α輻射伏特效應核電池優化機理、先進半導體探測器研發與性能標定等方面積累了較為豐富的研究經驗。 研究領域先進核輻射測量技術研究
