康明亮,男,博士,教授,博士生導師,1982年6月生于江西省泰和縣。

國家原子能機構高放廢物地質處置創新中心理事;中國核學會核化學與放射化學分會理事;中國輻射防護學會環境放射化學分會理事;中國化學會核化學與放射化學專業委員會委員;中國巖石力學與工程學會廢物地下處置專業委員會委員;《核化學與放射化學》期刊第十屆編委會編委。
