二、學科方向
生物材料方向,研究方向是醫學成像引導的腫瘤治療(醫學成像包括磁共振、超聲、光聲成像等)、靶向藥物輸送、醫學影像探針和多功能診療納米藥物等。
(1)醫學影像探針用于腫瘤、炎癥等疾病的影像可視化治療
開發新型磁共振、超聲、CT和多模態診療探針,將兩種或多種成像模式相互融合,深入到細胞和分子水平的成像以獲取疾病組織更深層次及更精確的生物學信息,同時進行協同治療并能探索疾病分子水平上的變化,進一步提高疾病的治療效果。
(2)靶向藥物輸送平臺
設計和開發新型納米載藥系統,如高分子納米粒子、脂質體、外泌體和微泡等,用以包埋/攜載酶、小分子肽、藥物和DNA等。重點設計可以通過外源性(光、超聲)或內源性(腫瘤微環境)響應來控制釋放速度的新型藥物載體系統。
